State Government legislation requires Councils to revalue all properties every 2 years. Westlink Consulting has been appointed by Council to undertake the next revaluation which will be based on levels of value as at 1st January 2012

Owner, managing agents and occupiers of commercial and industrial properties are requested to provide information to Council (and/or its authorized representatives) to assist in producing an accurate valuation for every occupancy. If the property forms part of a larger complex, a copy of the current tenancy schedule either in paper or electronic format will satisfy our request.

The information entered/collected via this website is strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of market analysis in order to complete the current revaluation for Council. The information may be provided as part of supporting documentation to the Office of the Valuer General who audit and approve the revaluation but it will not be made available to any other third parties or members of the public.
